Third visit, first time dissapointed.
Pros: Good breakfast. Nice rooms with a huge double bed. Nice view over the canal basin. Cons: Arrived early too early for the 3 pm check in so enjoyed a nice lunch in the bar area. At around 1:45 pm I enquired at reception if there was any possibility my room was available. I was told yes it is, but was then informed there would be an additional charge of £15 per hour "early check in" fee. I have never encountered this at any other hotel. Is this normal?

Lovely but warm
Pros: Nice pool, pleasant place. Good staff Cons: Rooms very warm. No aircon.

Staff there were very friendly to help. Plus , the location is easily accessible to everything and there is a big swimming pool at the hotel which is so amazing. We had a nice stay. It is worth its value. Thanks.
