Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Service from Damaris & James
My stay at Sankara Autograph Collection in Nairobi was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. A special mention has to go to Damaris the duty manager and James on reception, who truly made my stay unforgettable. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, always greeting me with a genuine smile. James was always bubbly, full of energy, and his positive attitude was infectious.
