Refined and calm luxury with exceptionally helpful staff
This is a gem of a hotel - perfectly located in the Old Town in a quiet and pretty square. The interiors are stunning - and very calming - and it really is a wonderful place to relax between excursions. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable with every amenity you could need. Breakfast was delicious and served in the pretty garden. The stand out feature of this hotel for me though is the front office staff. This was a last minute trip and I had not had chance to plan an itinerary for me and my son. I mentioned this when I checked in and a map was immediately produced, explaining all

Beautiful Hotel, Perfect Location & Exceptional Service
Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Sant Francesc Hotel Singular. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and perfectly located in the heart of Palma, within easy walking distance of the shops, restaurants, cafés, and main attractions. Our room was beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, welcoming, and always happy to help. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and very good quality, and the service at breakfast was just as impressive. We also really enjoyed the atmosphere

Pros: One of the best Hotels in Europe! Hotel is elegant and quiet , location 👍🏻, we stayed the room in the ground Staff are extremely helpful and friendly and very proactive The manager : Emma was making sure if our stay was satisfying Honestly we weren’t only satisfied , we are loyal now as customers and it won’t be last time Thank you all 🤍 Cons: Nothing
