Pros: Rien Cons: Chambre petite sans fenetre directe. Chambre donnant dans un couloir avec escalier enpreinter régulièrement pas les habitants de l'immeuble à coté. Très bruyant. Pb de chasse d'eau qui siffle
A beautiful space
Gorgeous building, beautifully presented. The staff are super friendly and helpful! The location is great and within walking distance to the most popular boroughs.
Would definitely book this again when I am in Mexico
It was my birthday and the staff made a little surprise. The housekeepers, Erica, Isa and Fany also wrote messages, which I found really sweet. The front desk was also really helpful and made our stay very nice.
Characterful and quiet authenticity in the heart of it all
Pros: The giant doors are full of character and open to a green courtyard where you can sit and read or rest. The staff were very accommodating and the place quiet with little foot traffic to disturb a romantic weekend in CDMX. Cons: The envelope provided for visitors to tip room cleaning staff could be less conspicuous. I feel it's nice to give visitors the chance to express appreciation, but it need not be moved and placed as prominently as possible each day in a soliciting way.
