Pros: La maison de Marcello fait se sentir chez soi et dispose d'un cadre vraiment très agréable avec des équipements pour cuisiner et beaucoup d'espaces. L'accueil à été très sympathique et le quartier est extraordinaire ! Cons: Un matelas qui manque cependant de confort.

Atendimento excepcional do Marcelo. Pousada simples porém aconchegante e elegante. Fica num lugar em que você pode viver um pouco de Santa Teresa. Excelente experiência.

Pros: Het huis met zijn drie verdiepingen is werkelijk prachtig en voorzien van alle gemakken. De gastheer en het personeel zijn erg vriendelijk en willen je altijd helpen. Ubers zijn erg makkelijk te krijgen en anders staan er op de hoek taxi's voor je klaar. Omgeving met zijn leuke markten zijn geweldig. Cons: Het is een onwijs gehorige buurt nabij de favela. Veel omgevingsgeluiden zoals luide muziek, veel blaffende honden en overvliegende vliegtuigen. Wij zijn een week geweest en het was fijn geweest als er wat schoonmaakspulletjes waren geweest, de kamers worden namelijk niet tussentijds s

Pros: Lovely staff, beautiful views, clean, nice communal area. Very tranquil, peaceful. The host is so so nice! Cons: Sometimes difficult to get an Uber as it’s at the top of a hill.

"Junto à natureza e ao barulho" would have been better description

Pros: The hostel is situated on a hill with a lovely view of Rio de Janeiro; the building has lovely terraces that blend seamlessly with the natural surroundings on the hill. We saw lots of birds and little monkeys, and there’s a lovely cat in the house. Cons: The place is a bit run-down and the room wasn’t very clean, nor was the communal kitchen. Mold in our sleeping room and some bad smell. It was very noisy in the neighbourhood, especially in the evenings: dogs barking, noisy neighbours having a laugh, and an eccentric priest reciting his prayers on Sunday.
