Pros: We booked an extra night because it is very beautiful and relaxing. The food was delightful and had a very large selection. Beach, pool, room, etc. exactly matches the photos. Upon our departure at 11 am, one of our suitcases was mistakenly sent to Phuket. We took a speedboat to Phi Phi and the suitcase arrived at 5 pm. The Santhiya Hotel made every effort to offer full service even after this mishap. Truly commendable. Cons: There's always something to complain about, that's human nature. But here you really have to search, everything was perfect.

Pros: Check-in is very organized. The rooms are very large and very beautiful, just like in the photos. The breakfast is very diverse and varied, everything is there!!! Dinner at the beach restaurant was also very tasty. The staff are also very friendly and always offer their help. Very beautiful beach, with great sunsets. Cons: The prices are sometimes more than double as high as outside in the restaurant. But it should not be forgotten that you are in a hotel. A little more color here and there, then it will shine more again

Pros: On my second visit, the welcome was so warm. My bed was made with a welcome home note with leaves and flowers and a note left by the GM. Boom and Pong have always been so genuine in their service and they recognized me again, they are an asset to the hotel. The food is amazing, everyone always has a smile on their face welcoming you wholeheartedly. At checkout, we were escorted by a Filipino guy, who was also very genuine and smoothly guided us through the checkout process. Thank you Santhiya, will definitely visit you next year 🤞 Cons: The lady at the Ao Po Grand pier was a bit arrogan
