Pros: Very welcoming and the room was clean Cons: Nothing
Perfect location
Excellent location to visit Westfield shopping centre. Staff very helpful and happy. Would definitely book here again
A perfectly adequate stay.
Pros: For a "no thrills" cheap, weekend away, I found the hotel perfectly adequate. A few doors away from a good pub, short walks to tube stations, shops and cafes. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. Cons: Walls were a bit thin. I could hear the footsteps of the occupant of the room above me coming through the ceiling. No lift. Lugging a full suitcase up narrow stairs was a bit annoying.
Avoid.
Cons: Booked a room last minute after my flight was delayed. The first room the staff gave me was in the hotel next door and had MOULD on the carpet and curtains. I don't know if they didn't know about it or were hoping I would put up with it, but either way, that is unacceptable. I could have gotten sick. Thankfully, when I told them about it, they did move me to a clean room in another hotel they own.
