It was functional, rational, and pleasantly mechanical in a good way. It was unexpected, so there was a slight confusion, but it's comfortable enough. You have to handle your luggage yourself, bring the amenities you need from the lobby, the room is functionally arranged with various things, checkout is just inserting the card, and you can watch not only terrestrial TV but also YouTube on the TV. It's clean. I didn't think the cost performance was that good, but it's suitable for a business stay. The station is close, so you can hear the train noise quite a bit.

Since it's close to the station, I could hear the train noise, but I felt it was at an acceptable level (on the 6th floor). It was helpful to be able to leave my suitcase after checkout.
