Pros: courteous staff, location, comfort and cleanliness. Abdul Nasser otaibi, Sultan al harbi, Basil, Mohammad were v nice at the reception. Abdullah was also very polite and helpful. Cons: Lunch and dinner service, buffet or dine in should be provided.

An amazing hotel for a family pilgrimage! We are sincerely grateful to Saraya Al Deafah Hotel for making our stay in Mecca so wonderful and comfortable. We stayed here as a family, and everything exceeded our expectations. The management showed the highest level of professionalism and care, kindly providing us with adjoining rooms on a quiet floor as requested. The rooms were spotlessly clean, spacious, and very cozy, allowing us to rest perfectly after our prayers. The customer service and attention to detail deserve the highest praise. Our blessed stay was filled with peace and comfort. W
