Pros: courteous staff, location, comfort and cleanliness. Abdul Nasser otaibi, Sultan al harbi, Basil, Mohammad were v nice at the reception. Abdullah was also very polite and helpful. Cons: Lunch and dinner service, buffet or dine in should be provided.

I stayed at Saraya Al Deafah for two nights and had a really pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything about the stay met my expectations. Staff were helpful throughout. The only issue was the WiFi — the connection was unreliable and could use improvement. Thanks
