An exceptional location, though slightly on the expensive side.
Pros: Location excellent. Cons: Larger bed, although understand that's not possible in a glamping pod, possibly a better mattress would help.

Lovely coastal break
Pros: Lovely lodge and great views. Would definitely stay again, gorgeous local area. Cons: Wouldn't book a lodge with the woodfired hot tub again, first time using one and a lot of faff. Takes a while to heat as not preheated and when only staying 2 nights not worth the hassle.
Best kept secret for ocean views
Pros: Quiet location with amazing views Cons: Midges
Nice location for a short stay
Pros: Nice location with a view of the water, short walk into town. Cons: We were disappointed that after paying what we considered to be a lot of money for the 'glamping pod with hot tub', on arrival we then had to buy logs, kindling, firelighters and matches to actually heat up the hot tub. We weren't aware of this before arrival. At that price, we felt it should've been supplied. The sofa bed was broken so could only sleep on it as a couch. TV didn't really have any signal so couldn't watch it. But otherwise had a nice stay.
Stunning location and peaceful
Pros: Loved the location, the site was quiet and the pod cosy Cons: What would have made a massive difference in being dog-friendly would be if the decking was enclosed. A shelf or two and some coat hooks would have allowed at least a little storage. Wouldn't want to do more than a short break living out of bags! Would have been good to know the hot tub was wood fueled, seemed like too much hassle to bother which was disappointing
