Quiet hotel, no noise heard from the other room, well-slept nights and tasty breakfast.

Pros: The breakfast was varied and tasty. Suitable accommodation for me. The food ordered from the menu in the evening was tasty and good. Thank you for that experience. Customer service is friendly, knowledgeable, and multilingual. Cons: When the hotel was full, I would have hoped that dinner would have been arranged from a buffet. When a customer books a room, they could also ask if they will have dinner at the hotel and accordingly the hotel would arrange a buffet dinner if there are enough diners.

Pros: Very efficient and friendly staff. Easy check-in. Comfortable room and bed, with a good-sized desk to work at. Impressive breakfast buffet and the option of eating it outdoors on the balcony was great. Cons: A kettle plus tea and coffee would have been a useful addition to the room (coffee was available in the lobby, for a small fee). The location isn't particularly scenic - it's next to a major road intersection - but I knew that in advance ... and it's not something that can easily be changed!

Pros: High end hotel with affordable price, free wifi, free parking, Breakfast excellent for food quality and variety, Individual key for every guest. Interestind neiboroughs nearby (Tapiola, university). Cons: Check in process very slow.

When a customer books a room, they could also be asked if they will dine at the hotel in the evening, and accordingly, the hotel would arrange a buffet setup for the evening if there are enough diners.

Pros: The breakfast was good, varied and tasty. Could have had brewed tea in addition. Cons: I was in an accessible room. There was no mirror in the bathroom near the small hand washbasin. The mirror is near the large basin, but you can't see properly from there, for example, if you want to put on makeup.
