Our favourite place to stay in Liverpool.
Location is brilliant. Staff so friendly and helpful. Really clean throughout. We'd also like to thank the hotel for granting our request due to it being our wedding anniversary. We loved the high floor room, with city view. Thank you.
1st time travelling sole with children and felt very safe would definitely recommend it
Pros: Locality and cleanliness Cons: Nothing
Stayed 3 nights with my partner. Easy to get too from the train station and close to everything. Most with short walking distances. The room was very bright , clean and spacious with a large bed which was comfortable and had 3 great nights sleep! The bathroom was good with a large walk in shower cubicle . Staff were pleasant and helpful and welcoming on arrival. The hotel is very quiet even though you're in the city centre. Definitely stay here again .
Pros: Coffee and rolls provided in morning. Staff helpful and friendly. Very convenient location. Cons: A little hard to find due to very small sign outside!
Muy agradecida de la atención brindada por la recepción! Una divina
