Perfect stay in a very nice and original location. Very good communication with the hosts.
Pros: Cozy apparemment, well decorated and includes everything you need. We had very good weather and had the luxury to enjoy the sunsets. It was warm but the owner had left a fan on, and that helped. The location was perfect for us, as we brought our bikes and cycled to Brighton and Rottingdean. Cons: All was great. The stairs can be a problem for some people.

We love Evan and Charlie’s quirky property. The location is amazing to sit out on the balcony and look over the marina. It’s also a short walk to the beach which is perfect.
