The property contacted me last minute via booking(day of the check in!) to inform us that they cannot accommodate us due to a maintenance issue. They provided for us another hotel, in a completely different neighbourhood and with lower star rating. I contacted the property and we were promised some feedback and follow up on this unpleasant experience. Unfortunately there has been no contact with details about any compensation. I want to mention that we booked this hotel more than 6 months upfront, for the location and the experience and as a starting point for all the activities we have plann

Lovely stylish and cool hotel on the Thames!

Pros: The hotel was stylish, cool vibe with nice background music, cool ground floor and roof bar, lovely breakfast, cool rooms. Everything I wanted for our couple night away. Cons: The mattress was rock hard and we like it firm, plus the pillows were uncomfortable so slept rubbish. Also the front desk tried charging me twice on check in and check out, which was a little frustrating.
