Clean rooms with all the little luxuries, great beds, generous breakfast just a short 2 minute walk to Botany Bay!
Pros: Sunshine, waves, and seagulls with the confidence of seasoned muggers — Botany Bay delivers. Happily, Barry runs the sort of B&B where you’re properly looked after: rooms clean and genuinely spacious, tea and coffee waiting in your room when you arrive, and a shared lounge with views that encourages “hanging out”. Breakfast is just delicious and very generous which made the start of the day a real treat. Barry is kind, attentive, and an excellent host. Highly recommended — just eat indoors. The gulls are organised. Cons: There is nothing not to like
