Don’t bother !!

Pros: The location was all that was ok with this place. Cons: We cancelled once we arrived and seen the room. It was more of a double bed in a cupboard, peeling wall paint , dust everywhere and the carpets had a wet dog scent. We took one look and left straight away,

Disappinted

Pros: The location was nice , it was located just down from the pleasure beach. Cons: The room looked lovely and clean and the outside area looked lovely on the photos but once we arrived the room was very dirty. The blinds were covered in a substance that did not look very nice. There was fags all in the seats outside including on the pink camping chair that was out there. The original furniture outside on the balcony was no longer there. It just didn't feel very clean. We were very disappointed.

Dirty smelly rooms

Pros: From the front looks okay, the rooms are dirty with marks and stains all over the walls. The smell of cannabis and smoke in the rooms are disturbing, I would recommend looking elsewhere, only plus is you pay 7 to park and can charge your car for free Cons: Everting but the parking

Pros: Nothing Cons: Very dirty everythig was full of dusy dtains all over bed couldnt open windows as rubbish outside window there were flys everywhere the room smelt of someone been smoking in the room

Room for improvement but good value for money

Pros: Gentleman on the desk was friendly and helpful. Location was good for the pleasure beach and water park. Cons: When we first arrived the room was stinking of beer. The rooms where tight, not much space., mattress wasnt the comfiest. Shower didnt have a full closure so bathroom ended up soaking every morning.
