Overpriced

Pros: Great location. Cons: Completely overpriced. Parking costs 70 dollars. You also have to pay for the Wi-Fi per day. The hotel bar is also outrageously expensive.

Caring guests in need

We had Marriott Waterfront booked after getting off the cruise and unfortunately my wife got sick on the last night of the trip. We made it to the hotel just across the pier. I asked the front desk about early room availability. And they tried their best to find a ready room. My wife was able to rest and recover. Huge thank you!

A sad, expensive excuse of a Marriott with dire lower management. AVOID!

I would give this hotel -10 stars if I could. I was promised a full refund from the manager at check out due to the attitude of terrible lower management, terrible check-in experience, and being double charged. One month later I am still fighting to get my money refunded. I never, ever leave bad reviews, however the management at this hotel were THE worst ever, anywhere. Room was ok, very expensive $500 a night, but ok. Comfy bed, nice shower. Breakfast next door was dire, $100 for 2 people! Staff more interested in their 'movie' careers than waiting tables, food was cold and overpriced. Marri

Loved the location and room. Did not like being overcharged and waiting so long for a refund.

Pros: We enjoyed the location! Beautiful view of the water. Cons: We were overcharged, and it took months to get the situation corrected.
