Overnight stay with parking
Pros: Met the requirement of somewhere sleep with parking and some self catering facilities Cons: A bit of strange but adequate building with feel of a degree of lack of privacy

Plug and play stay!
Pros: The extra effort the host took to ensure my motorcycle was not visible to passers by. Cons: Nothing but I miscalculated the distance from Brighton Centre.
