Seaview Regency Apartment With Private Parking

Amazing apartment!!

Pros: Loved the seaview, comfortable apartment with good facilities and perfect location close to pier and other attractions. Cons: Being on a busy road it was noisy at times (if the windows were open) due to traffic.

Pros: Die Lage ist überragend. Das Appartement ist für einen Kurztrip sehr gut geeignet. Wenn es mit dem Parkplatz klappt, ist das sehr komfortabel. Cons: Das Geschirr könnte etwas zahlreicher sein. Die Vergabe der Parkplätze nach First come, first served ist unglücklich und erzeugt Stress (insbesondere wenn es ggf. das eigene höherwertige Auto ist). Es sind schätzungsweise 40 Treppenstufen zu gehen.

Pros: Great location and good communication from the owner Cons: The parking spot was a bit tight for a large car.

Stylish apartment in an Amazing location with beautiful views of the sea and with parki

Pros: Stylish apartment in an Amazing central location convenient to town, pier and Kemptown with super views of the sea and rare private parking !!! And very warm and cosy after a chilly Christmas morning dip, perfect to just nip across the road straight into the sea :) and a short stroll to the Spa Box Sauna. We would definitely go back Cons: Very little to dislike :) I guess the kitchen was minimally stocked as in knives, plates etc mostly only 2 of everything and only 1 wine glass :/ But only a minor problem as this can be easily remedied. And can’t fault the property but Volks nightclub

Pros: The location was excellent

Pros: The location was excellent. The view from the bay windows was very good seeing the sun rise and the set was great. It was also well equipped. Cons: The downside of the flat was the draft coming into the flat in the bay window. And not being able to put the heating on was very cold in the evenings and mornings.We did try and follow the instruction to override it but did not work.
