Pleasant and positive stay
Pros: Good location, very good meals, friendly staff, spacious room, comfortable beds.
Cons: They could improve the cleanliness under the beds and in the corridors leading to the rooms. In addition, regarding the reception staff, I believe that in a 5-star hotel located in Lanzarote, all receptionists should speak Spanish. I had to go to the reception to request a taxi, and the worker at that time could not assist me because he did not speak Spanish. I had to wait for his colleague to finish attending to other clients so that I could be assisted in my language while in Spain... It's not about

Perfect for couples
Pros: Second year that we come as a couple to this establishment, and we are still as satisfied. I highly recommend taking the 'Preferred Club' option. It gives access to the pool located below, closest to the ocean, as well as its private bar, which adds a real plus to the stay. Above all, this option also includes à la carte restaurants in all-inclusive formula. The food is excellent, the drinks are of very good quality, and the service is top-notch. A hotel that we recommend without hesitation!

A real treat
Pros: The resort feels luxurious and relaxing. You cannot make dinner reservations or hold sun loungers, you’d be surprised how much pressure this takes off, you can truly unwind and move at your own pace. The cats on this resort really make it memorable; it’s lovely to see them each day in their own little spots, they really make the hotel feel homely!
