Pros: Location was good for me and the room worked well Cons: No plug sockets to use by the bed and the shower head was damaged. The bedside phone was constantly illuminated.

Pleasant stay. So convenient for the park and palm house.

Pros: Room spacious and clean. Large bathroom. Cons: Needed extra pillows. Water pressure not great from shower. No bath mat or toilet roll holder.

Lovely stay and wish we could have stayed longer - will be back

Pros: The hotel is really nice, the staff couldn't be more helpful and made us feel very welcome and looked after our dogs as they were royalty. Nicely redecorated room and bathroom Cons: Would have liked some more towels rather than just one bath towel each. We didn't have a hand towel for drying our hands or a bath matt to step onto when we came out of the shower - this didn't effect our stay just details that would help in the future.
