Pros: We only stayed 1 night but liked everything about the annexe. Easy to find and great location with a only a short bus ride into Brighton centre and the bus stop was virtua5 outside the annexe. Good amenities with Tea coffee sugar buscuits and milk. The owner popped his head in and made sure everything was OK and gave us some local information which was great. The annexe is highly recommeded and we would definitely stay there again Cons: Nothing it was ideal for our stay

Being able to enjoy a swim at Saltdean Lido was the perfect way to round off a lovely weekend. We'd happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it. Cons: Nothing
Really nice self contained annexe - near where I wanted to be.
Pros: It’s a very clean, bright comfy unit - well equipped and has everything I needed. Plus owners thoughtfully left milk which was appreciated. As was fan in bedroom in this hot weather. . Communication with owners was easy and they were very responsive. Thank you . Cons: Parking was ou
