Great choice for a city stay

Pros: Concierge at the front desk friendly and helpful. Location great for walking to the lake. Cons: Pool area a bit small

Relaxing, great location, beautiful view and friendly staff.

Pros: The location was perfect right across the street from Grant Park! The property is beautiful; our family as well as our fur babies were very happy. Cons: Nothing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very nice. I would book again.

Not worth the money

Pros: Good area Cons: Was not made aware of the huge security deposit before the stay. We found socks in the dryer that were there before our stay. There were a number of small rips in the sheets and stains on the bedroom carpet.

The hotel was overall nice for the location but not for the value.

Pros: The apartment was very spacious. I loved the view from our window! It is very walkable and convenient to all of the best things to do in Chicago like the museums, Millennium Park, and everything on the riverfront is just a few bus rides away. Cons: The hot tub was out of service the whole entire time and honestly it was the whole point of our group booking the hotel. After a long day, we like to soak our sore bodies and when we saw that the hot tub was covered the entire duration of our trip, we were really sad. Our oven also was not working and we were unable to warm or cook some foods
