Susie front desk was awesome
Pros: Pool area and sky lounge are just perfect. The rooms are very nice Cons: We didn’t have hot water in our shower. The check-in process is horrible

Pros: Location was good Cons: The door didn’t open and I was locked inside for a while or had to fiddle with it before it opened. When I requested a new room, this was ignored. The air conditioning didn’t work. Not enough chairs for everyone to use the pool
