Very disappointing level of service from reception. Location only thing to justify the price.
Pros: Location and view Cons: Staff refused to order taxis, and both the double rooms were tiny, sink didn’t even fit in the bathroom. Room size suitable for single use with no baggage not a family on vacation with luggage.

Pros: Fast automatic check-in. Close to the center, a 9-minute walk to Shibuya Station. Very large and comfortable beds. Pleasant room, excellent air conditioning. Room darkening by the very good blackout blind. Cons: The window insulation is not good enough, and even on the 10th floor, you can hear the trains passing at the station below every 2 minutes. The bathroom is very small, and the sink is outside the bathroom. Brushing teeth in the bedroom. This may be disturbing and lacks intimacy in the morning appearance.
