Excelente ubicación
El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente. Las habitaciones impecables en cuanto a la limpieza y mantenimiento. La decoración de las habitación es muy sencilla, pero de un tamaño grande. Las camas y almohadas muy cómodas.

Great spot for a short stay in Bilbao!
Pros: Location was very close to metro and tram lines. Rooms were clean and fairly spacious. Staff were very helpful organizing an early morning taxi for us and helping with airport info! Cons: Some of the items in the bathroom were dated but that’s common in Europe (ie hair dryer).
Pros: Good location, friendly and helpful recepcionists, very nice bathroom and air conditioning was nice

Clean and quiet Cons: The only issue we had was that we felt the bed wasnt so comfortable and the blankets were not breathable so we would get sweaty in the night even with air conditioning keeping the room a comfortable temperature

Pros: Super freundliches Personal. Zimmer, dass perfekt ruhig war mit Fenster und einer der ruhigsten Klimaanlagen, die nicht direkt aufs Bett blies. Wir hatten hier eine tolle Zeit! Cons: Die Matratze war uns zu hart, aber das ist sehr individuell.
