Exclusive accommodation with questionable fire safety concept
Pros: The accommodation is very appealingly designed. We were eleven people there over a weekend, and it worked well with the two bathrooms. Everyone also had space at the table. There are five double rooms and a sofa bed. It is not in a separate room but upstairs in the open gallery, which was fine for us.
Cons: Two things caught our attention in terms of fire safety: The smoke detectors were not installed but unscrewed and were lying in a cupboard in the kitchen - are they trying to save maintenance work here or why are they bypassing this obligation? In the house, there are several parties.
Beautiful, large apartment, top location
Pros: The location of the apartment is ideal for exploring Erfurt. For our family trip (5 adults, 2 children), the apartment offered beautiful, large rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and a hallway with a large dining table. There is also a great rooftop terrace that we did not use due to the weather.
Cons: Even though an elevator goes up to the 3rd floor, the apartment is not entirely wheelchair accessible due to steps outside and inside the apartment, which was not a deciding factor for us. Those arriving by car must park in one of the parking garages, but loading and unloading is po

Pros: The location is fantastic. The apartment is well equipped with appliances, and the furniture is also very good.
Cons: The smell of fried food from the ground floor restaurant was unbearable in the stairs and elevator. We tried to contact via message and phone without getting a response. We had to bother the director of the scho

Comfortable inner-city stay with high-end furnishings but difficult host communications
Pros: The apartment is fully furnished, with high-end Miele appliances throughout the kitchen. The rooftop access provides space to enjoy breakfast and relax. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are spacious. The location right in the Erfurt city centre directly at a tram stop is convenient. All in all, a comfortable stay as long as you are familiar with inner-city noise — a tram stops and accelerates away from just below the bedroom windows every few minutes. Will stay again if we visit Erfurt, despite some inconveniences…
Cons: Communications were not as smooth as with other properties i
