Highly recommended hotel in Baku, great location and excellent facilities

Pros: Excellent hotel in Baku old town that resembles a Moroccan Riad with an internal courtyard. Rooms have lots of space, very good breakfast and great location. Cons: nothing

Exceptional stay in the heart of the city

Pros: Very satisfied with the hotel's service and staff. Mrs. Gönül the manager of Housekeeping was very professional and warmly welcoming person. She personally follows up all rooms had service each day and guests individually if they need anything, amazing hospitality. Strongly recommended. Nice breakfast and always freshly prepared food served by amazing people always kind and helpful. Cons: Nothing to say. Everything was perfect.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Shah Palace Hotel Museum. The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere, a unique historical character, and excellent hospitality. A special mention goes to Hasan, who was extremely helpful and kind. If you want to truly experience the vibe and charm of Baku’s Old City, I would definitely recommend staying here. I had a wonderful 4-night stay at Shah Palace Hotel. The location is excellent, the hotel is very clean, and the overall atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was well maintained, and we really enjoyed the peaceful environment.
