Pros: Exactly what we needed for an over night stay, lovely and clean, kettle for cuppas, TV easy to use, beds very comfortable and staff very friendly and helpful. They also accommodated an easier access room before visiting which we was really thankful for. Thank you for a lovely stay.
Cons: One thing I'd flag up is in the room we stayed the bathroom had a little lip (step) between the bathroom and bedroom which I wasnt prepared for, I think a little sign would be really helpful. But thats an easy fix and it really was a great stay thank you very much.

The hotel is in an ideal location, there's transport to everywhere in London. There was plenty of choice of restaurants very near to the hotel. The room was lovely and clean and came with a fan to help keep us cool in the warm weather. We had everything we would need as we didnt spend much time in our room. Staff were all friendly and helpful. We did have a lot of stairs to get to our room, however, we were aware of this possibility when we booked and we were prepared for it. Would absolutely stay here again.

Pros: Közel van a Paddington vasút- és metrómegálló.
Cons: A legrosszabb szállás ahol valaha megfordultam. Az egész szoba egy kis lyuk. A wc elhelyezkedése borzasztó, mert a mosdókagylót túl közel szerelték fel, ezért ha ki akarod törölni a fenekedet, ki kell menned a mellékhelyiségből, mert nem férsz el.
Az ágy kicsi, a metró pont az épület alatt megy el és 3 percenként beleremeg az épület.
Mi a földszinten kaptunk szobát, állítólag feljebb (a negyedik emeleten) már nem hallatszik a metró. A szobánk ablaka egy tűzfalra nézett, kilátás nulla.
