Pros: Great location. Rooms were cleaned and serviced every day. Cons: Room was extremely noisy and actually shook every time and underground train travelled past. The refrigerator was also noisy. There was no actual bathroom but a cavity with a shower screen placed inside it. The heater didn't work and the TV reception constantly cut out. The doors and other fittings were old and battered.

Pros: La ubicación es muy buena, lo único que tiembla con el paso del metro y la cama es muy cómoda Cons: El desayuno es un poco simple y escaso pero bueno hay lo normal: tostadas, gofres, huevos… El agua de los baños de la habitación pone que no es potable.
Excellent location and good value for money. Basic and room was on the small side but had everything needed. Bed was comfortable and there was a mini fridge in the room.
Pros: Well located near Paddington and Hyde Park. Cleanliness standards were very good. Cons: Bed was a little uncomfortable, shower head was blocked up. Was rectified but then not always able to get hot water out of it.
