Персонал должен владеть англ языком, это международный отель и международный город
Pros: Расположение Cons: Сервис, не знание англ языка, невозможность общения на ресепшн. Сотрудники на ресепшн пытаются заработать на постояльцах, неофициальное такси знакомых и тд… это не сервис 5 звездного отеля

Pros: Great location for sightseeing and shopping. Staff were helpful Cons: Rooms were good, but looked a bit dated/tired. Breakfast was ok, but was quite expensive.
