Pros: This is our send time staying in Shangri-la, last one being in may 2026, the staff then were very helpful and polite and did our check-in well. I had stayed in the speciality suite last time which was excellent cleanliness wise compared to the executive suites. I can understand if the facilities are not the same but cleanliness wise i was hoping it would be same regardless of the suites we choose. Our check in was done on the Ground Floor and not on the 30th floor where the server evening tea. Cons: However this time the check in staff were not very helpful, we had booked and payed f
