Hemos estado alojados en el Shangri-La Dubai por primera vez, el hotel y el personal fueron increíbles. Una súper suite con habitación comunicada para los niños. Excelente servicio y atención al detalle. Mención especial a Mahmud, que ayudó a todos durante la situación y regresó a casa para apoyar a los clientes en el hotel. Gracias a Khodarahm, quien siempre tiene una sonrisa en su rostro y brindó ayuda y consejos. El Shangri-La Dubai no decepcionó y se sintió como en casa.
