Absolutely exceptional and highly recommended!
Pros: Amazing property, supported by absolutely amazing team of staff who went the extra mile and beyond all expectations to make our stay the most memorable ever. My wife and I had wonderful stay at Shangri-La The Shard. If it was possible to do so I would give them an overall score of 15 out of 10. Just cannot thank the team enough and would love to return to this beautiful hotel in the future. Cons: What’s there not to like? Perhaps the only thing we did not like is that our stay was only for 6 nights. Wish it had been for 2 weeks and we could have enjoyed ourselves even more!
