I never stayed. Had to book another hotel.
Pros: I arrived with no information greeting or anyone around to tell me where my room was . I couldn’t stay as I never knew what room I was in or how to get in. It was false advertising by showing a picture of the shard. It was poor state of repair and I’m disgusted. Conned !! Cons: Everything seems above
Scammed at Christmas
Pros: Nothing. No access codes given and no refund. Cons: Got scammed
Way too difficult to use this apartment and company. Don’t bother.
Cons: Getting into the apartment was a disgrace. Sending a link to pay a deposit on the day. When I was travelling and in meetings. A deposit for what? I’m a businessman travelling for a meeting. What am I going to do in the apt? The codes for the door were wrong. Trying to pay the deposit wasn’t easy. Trying to hold of someone was awful. A number buried amonst lots of emails. I will never ever use this facility again. Oh and the icing on the cake there was no wifi. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible.

Pros: The view is Amazing 🤩 Cons: The view , the facility’s , the location ; and this is close to the station . Just perfect x
Pros: The location is excellent, close to many attarctions, Tesco, Sky Garden. The washing machine was handy. Cons: The fire alarm was alarming and messaged the host via booking.com but never came back to fix the alarm.It was very unpleasant noise. The bed was not very comfortable and the sofabed was worst. ( not big enough for 2 teenagers to sleep on )
