Pros: The area surrounding the house is nice and quiet, and also within reasonable distance to UBC and lots of scenery spots worth visiting. Compared to another B&B style property I've stayed at that's a few minutes away, this house itself is very well-maintained. The bathroom next to your bedroom is pretty much just for your own use. Thumbs up for the comfort of the bed and a great selection of TV channels. Cons: The AC could use some upgrade. The table and cabinet in the room are a little too small.

Best part of Vancouver
We had a wonderful stay at this property in Shaughnessy, Vancouver. The home is nestled in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood that feels like a peaceful retreat in the city. It’s just a short drive or walk to Kerrisdale’s charming restaurants, the boutiques of South Granville, and the stunning VanDusen Botanical Garden. The area is safe, serene, and beautifully maintained—perfect for anyone looking to enjoy the best of Vancouver while staying in a tranquil setting. Highly recommended!
