Shelbourne Boutique Lodge

Very disappointing!

Pros: We didn’t like the property and left to find somewhere more comfortable. Cons: Shelbourne is very run down. The photos do not match the reality. Overall it’s quite dirty, the gardens and pool really need attention and the outdoor furniture is worn and unclean. We got taken to a room with a double bed and when I explained I had booked accommodation with 2 rooms, 1 for my husband and I and the other for my son and mom, there was much confusion. The lady said she would remove the other guests, clean the room we had booked and let us know when it was ready. It was already 4:30pm so we couldn

Pros: The staff was so friendly, warm and welcoming Cons: The cleanliness of the place, especially all other places beside the room/bedroom. Bedroom was clean and tidy but the entrance area and facilities surrounding that area were untidy

Très bon établissement.

Pros: L’emplacement est parfait car vous êtes du bon côté de Durban. L’établissement est très confortable et propre. Le petit déjeuner également est très bon. Les dames qui s’en occupe sont très serviables. Cons: Le seul problème que nous avons eu c’est avec notre linge qui nous a été rendu encore mouillé et il ne sentait pas bon.
