Pros: The facility was nice Cons: The front desk Manager Randolph Johnson was the most unprofessional I have ever seen. So rude.He was literally screaming at the guests.

Upsetting
Pros: That i visit mostly every weekend and it be perfect, it didn't meet my expectations this weekend at all Cons: Sink stopped up, tub water wouldn't release the water correctly. Room was very dusty

Lovely hotel, would stay again
Pros: The staff were lovely, particularly those working in the breakfast area. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is walking distance from restaurants and stores. Cons: Our room’s AC was leaking, so there was a large area of the carpet that was wet.

Pros: It's located in the central area of Townsend , very easy to locate. My room was good, big enough and very clean. Cons: There's no swimming ( i am not sure if there is because no one mentioned it to me during my check in). The light switches were not nearby to make it easier for someone to turn off and on while in bed without having to get up.
