Best front staff ever. 7/24/26 around 9pm maybe later.
Pros: The staff at the front desk were absolutely amazing and accommodating. They were 2 gentlemen with braids. They were the nicest people ever and helped us with everything. They have amazing attitudes. Cons: For some reason I was charged twice but the nice man at the desk said he took care of it and it will fall off the bank account. Very amazing staff. It was something online that charged me not the men at the desk.

Outdated and poor customer service with reception desk employees not very helpful
Pros: The location was centrally located. Cons: Almost everything. Staff overcharged, switched up a confirmed reservation, rooms were dirty and half of the lights did not work. NO MICROWAVE. No Front desk reception person early in the morning or late at night. I walked my dog at 7 am and later at 10 pm and almost every time at these times for 4 days no one was at the Front desk. This in itself is a security issue. Got locked out of the room for an hour at 11 pm and staff were not available.

Pros: Location was perfect for our trip. Check-in and parking was also no trouble at all. The property has started renovations and the room was newly refurbished. Cons: I tried to request an early check-in and this was almost impossible. It was difficult to get through to the hotel and then my request was essentially denied. Also, the restaurant message still talks about COVID-19. Needs an update.

Pros: Shaquay was excellent. She was kind, professional, and the food was good. The staff at the Lounge Mr. Ben was a wonderful man. He was professional and kind. Cons: There wasn't enough luggage carts. We had to carry our luggage and cooler.
