My stay was overall good
Pros: Everything was very good 👍 excellent the chef on my last night was rude.. the food was hard Cons: My food on my last night was bad could not eat it had to throw it away money wasted

Worst hotel experience of my life
Pros: Worst hotel experience ever! Zero stars!We were booked for 4 nights but on the very first day we woke up to find that all four tires on our car were stolen. Apparently theres no hotel security here.Imagine our shock that such a nightmare situation could happen in a sheraton hotel. On top of this distressing situation the manager of the hotel was a pompous nasty condescending man who was of no help at all and clearly should not be working in the “ hospitality” business. We spent the entire day on the phone dealing with the car rental company , police and our insurance company to sort out

My stay was just okay house keeping was just terrible
Pros: Location and front desk staff Cons: House keeping was very bad my rooms wasn’t cleaned on some days I’ve had to complain downstairs only for them to clean late at night very disappointed

STRONG MOLD ODOR AND NOT CLEANED ROOM
I stayed at the hotel for one night because of a wedding anniversary I was attending. The hotel was on the invitation as one to consider in the area. I booked and paid for almost a month in advance. Upon arrival the front of house ladies were so friendly ,the top tier of professionalism and charm . Got my key card , from an early 5AM train from NY . The NIGHTmare ! Upon opening the door the room reeked of mold Dusty I have pixs . I immed went to front desk , did not want to even sit . was told no rooms avail . Mgr Scott who was RELUCTANT to be involved , magically found an acceptable room afte
