Good location and a modern semi-upscale hotel.
Pros: Good location and a nice room. Staff was really engaging . Cons: Turns out that our visit coincided with freshman move-in at the local universities, so it was a little pricey. When we arrived the room temperature was set to 64 so it took a while to return to a livable temp.
Unimpressive
Pros: The location Cons: We upgraded to get two beds versus one, the upgrade came with breakfast access to a "special" room. Ha! Not so "special" the line for the coffee machine was long and when not long having to wait for it to be cleaned. The staff should have asked if any one in the party was disabled, it would have saved us the parking fee. Overall, this is the second time we have stayed here, have to say not impressed either time. There will not be a third time.

The fire alarm went off for over a half hour, we were to stand outside as ten minutes upon our arrival.
Pros: The property was close to venue we were attending. Cons: The property was not well cleaned. Especially the elevator.
