Pros: It was clean and staff was friendly Cons: Had to pay for breakfast. That should be free. Also the bathroom needs more lighting. The shower was dark.

Very relaxing evening at the Sheraton-Charlotte

Pros: Did not have breakfast. But, I wanted to do a shout out to the older gentleman (cannot remember his name)who was at the front desk when I arrived. He was helpful, courteous, and accommodating. Cons: N/A
