Pros: Excellent location, comfortable room. Cons: The quality of breakfast could be better given the hotel's category.

Horrible
Pros: The attention from the reservation team and front desk was frankly disastrous. I don't understand how a hotel of this level can have such a bad service. They didn't want to work, were rude, etc. Horrible experience Cons: The attention was the main thing. The hotel is not wonderful at all, it's average at best. Bad services as well.
