Pros: The staff was nice and pleasant Cons: I paid over $200 for a room for 4 nights that did not have a walk in shower. And the room was hot

Never return to this hotel or any other under the same brand.

Pros: Nothing Cons: The hotel was old, and the person at the front desk was slow and unfamiliar with the procedures. One night, the room wasn't cleaned; when we complained, we were told we had to wait until the next day—meaning we had to sleep in a dirty room. I will never return to a Sheraton brand again; it was the worst experience of my life.

Two Laundry Failures, Missing Custom Clothing & Extremely Poor Customer Service

I stayed at the Sheraton Dallas in July 2026 and, unfortunately, experienced two separate laundry failures during a single stay, together with some of the poorest customer service I have encountered at a Marriott property. The first incident began after I submitted laundry on Saturday evening. I understood that Sunday was a non-operating day and was advised that my laundry would be returned on Monday.
