Stay was amazing; however we had to eat cold leftovers due to no microwave in room.
Pros: Clean facility and very Friendly staff Cons: No microwave to warm food in room

Shantil and Chef Jeff created an amazing event. Shantil was especially attentive and helped coordinate all aspects of our two day mini conference. We look forward to work with the Sheraton Jacksonville team again with Shantil at the lead.
