Pros: The breakfast on 16th floor is OK Cons: The room was a bit dark at night. Sometimes early in the morning at 8:00 o'clock there was no more boil eggs , hams or turkey for breakfast on 16th floor lounge.
Honestly only booked again because Ken (front desk) has been so hospitable
Ken at the front desk has been there the last few stays . This stay I had a issue with the ac in my room and Ken switched my room

Nice stay. Convenient to many restaurants and retail stores.
Pros: Though breakfast was not advertised, breakfast was included after asking the check-in staff. Breakfast was decent. Location was excellent. In the middle of a neighborhood filled with restaurants and stores for shopping. Cons: Price for the room kept going up. If I booked a few hours earlier, I could have saved $20. If I booked a week earlier, I could have saved even more! Not sure why I was charged an additional $2. Didn't bother to contact the hotel regarding that.
