I would like to share some observations regarding my recent stay at your hotel: • The hot water heating was turned off at night, which caused inconvenience. • There were ongoing painting works in the hotel, and we were requested to keep the curtains closed at certain times. In addition, the paint odor was very unpleasant inside the rooms. • When I requested to check out at 2:00 PM, since I was attending a training course held at your hotel by my company (Kuwait Petroleum), the front desk staff was not cooperative and insisted that I leave earlier.
