This hotel is only good for staying one night before early morning flight.

Pros: Closeness to airport and the hotel’s free shuttle to airport Cons: We were woken up by fire alarm at night. When I reported it to the reception staff next morning, I was told to contact the manager for compensation! I was only reporting it, she was not interested. Surely, it is up to the staff to show interest and note the fault with the fire alarm. Advertised - shops, an indoor pool - where were they?

During breakfast, we had such a wonderful experience thanks to David. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming throughout our entire meal. He greeted us with a warm smile, regularly checked to make sure we had everything we needed, and provided truly professional and thoughtful service from beginning to end. David’s genuine kindness and attention to detail made us feel valued and well cared for. His excellent service added so much more value to our stay and left us with an even better impression of the hotel. Employees like David are a true asset and make guests want to return. Please

Traumatic

Cons: The receptionist, an Italian named David, was very rude and sarcastic. To make up for it, they offered a one-day breakfast and the main restaurant waiters were also rude. When I asked for tea, he brought it with hot water without taking out the old tea bag. What could be the cost of one tea bag?
