Cons: The room was filthy. Carpets had sticky stuff on it in places and the room generally was not clean or hygienic. The shower was gross and water leaking out of the celing of the shower. It was reported twice but ignored both times. Lobby smells like deep fried food all the time. Additional charges to the room make room service unobtainable. Wi-Fi is not great either. They explained that the wifi no matter what option is free but i will have to see the final bill.
Pros: Location was good, nice lobby. Our room was connecting and I heard the whispering of neighbor room residents. Cons: Staff when I did checked out was not friendly, not even a smile.

Pros: LocationThe hotel has a fantastic location, which I really loved. The person who welcomed us at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast dining area was very nice, and we really enjoyed our breakfast. The room was also spacious and comfortable. However, the hotel could benefit from better maintenance. The bathroom exhaust fan was not working, and the bathtub was extremely slippery, which was particularly concerning since I was traveling with my daughters.
