Nice service
I left my phone charger at home while traveling, and my phone died before I arrived at the hotel. Fortunately, Eddie at the front desk kindly offered to lend me his charger until I could buy one from a nearby store. His generosity was much appreciated.

Lazy staff / unclean rooms / paranormal activity
Pros: Location, that’s it. Cons: The staff were lazy/ unhelpful. We brought in all of our own luggage and push the luggage cart ourselves without any assistance. The private parking fee was outrageous, $77 for one night. The lobby felt very unwelcoming. It was dimly lit, empty, and lacked any inviting atmosphere. The complimentary water station was always empty, the hotel's dining options were also outrageously expensive, making it difficult to justify eating on-site. We found our room to be unclean. There was hair all over the shower before we had even used it. Our party consisted of eight gu

Very poor service for Titanium members
Booked hotel using Bonvoy points. Was given Club Lounge access as expected but that's where the service ended. Club lounge was always hot and unpleasant to stay in. Complained but not prepared to do anything to help. Oh except to take the food and drink away. Breakfast regularly ran out of food. This morning they ran out of cutlery and you had to eat breakfast from a paper plate with plastic knife and fork. Shocking. The evening hot food looked like it had been there for hours. I was told I could take the food and drink and eat it in the lobby. Honestly. Manager I spoke to was not interested

Great overnight stay.
Nice overnight stay. Every staff member that we came into contact with was so friendly. Also enjoyed evening drinks and snacks at the lobby bar. Room was clean and we had a great view of the city.
