Pros: overall had a great stay at the Ramada! The staff was friendly and check-in was smooth and effortless. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my visit. Great stay. Unsupportive/unresponsive administration office staff.

Pros: Overall stay was good. The staff, specially the cleaning services, bar/restaurant and front desk staff were amazing. Cons: We were wrongly charged a smoking fee and when I tried to discuss it with the front desk, they informed me there is nothing they can do but only one person, Amal Wright could review and overturn the false charges. Even went as far as to tell me that they recently changed the smoke detectors and have had complaints of people being wrongly charged. I believe the exact words used were “you’re definitely not the first to complain about this error”. I tried to contact A

Pros: Localidad Cons: Mucho problema con el tema de los desayunos, cuando en verdad si estaban en la reserva los 4 desayunos pero en la plataforma del hotel aparecía que no estaban , y el personal nada amable para solucionar el tema.
