Well maintained hotel in the heart of Old Alexandria.
Pros: Within walking distance to water front attractions and restaurants. Room was a good size and seating and bed were comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Cons: Overall room setup was excellent however the temperature control in room did not allow us to adjust the temperature to be warmer - the room was freezing. We were able to turn the system off however which helped to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. Only one elevator was working during our visit (August 2026) and was extremely slow. A few times we decided to take the stairs down from the 4th floor

EXCELLENT SERVICE!
My Jet Blue flight to Boston kept getting delayed so long that I asked for a hotel room and a flight the following morning. They sent me to this hotel and their computer systems were down. The young woman at the check in desk, Muriella, couldn't have been nicer-she went out of her way for me and was incredibly efficient and resourceful. The women at the front desk in the morning were also incredibly pleasant. The breakfast was excellent and everyone there was kind and positive! Excellent experience!
