Service at the hotel is great. Location to the beach and the marina is prefect. Only negative - the elevator situation is a NIGHTMARE. I was there for 2 weeks. The second week, only 2 elevators were running. The wait time was up to 5 minutes at times due to overcrowding. I hope this is being taken into consideration during the upcoming renovation.

We celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary in Dubai and the staff at this property were so accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.
Good place.
Everything is good. Only one not good. The same food at the breakfast every day. Food is good , but you eat the same every day.
Just a walk to the beach ,ocean view, 24/7 store , pool, 2 restaurants, free breakfast was amazing and the staff friendly and caring. Would love to visit again.
